Learners visit the Training History page to get information about their own training progress. Use this page to:

  • Print certificates of completion
  • Track Course transcript status, scores, and enrollment details
  • View achieved Certification transcripts


As part of their user management toolset, Portal Administrators get a broader view of students' training activities. Open a user's account record, then visit the History tab to:

  • Find a comprehensive list of Course and Certification transcripts
  • Add or edit a transcript 
  • View transcript details, including attachments and administrator notes
