Add Department Field

Please add a Department field to each user's account, preferably one that can be impacted by an HRIS feed.

Often our C Suite executives ask for reports broken out by Department. These are much harder to generate now that we've gone to P2P.

We also have a business need to enroll people according to departments to, and this is nowhere near as easy as it would be if we could sort employees by Department.
