Notification of Account disabled due to inactivity

People who click on the "forgot password" have no response to the interaction. It seems to me that those who are registered users should get a response. In addition, it can be that a user is kicked off of the site due to inactivity. When they try and log in, they simply fail, with no explanation. They think their password is wrong and click on the "reset password". In this case, it would be nice if the system searches for the username and if found and active, send a new password. If found and inactive, a message "account disabled due to activity. Please contact the portal administrator to reset it".
