Standardize transcript status in new UI

Now that responsive pages provide standard enrollment actions per type (Enroll, Launch, Schedule). should we revisit our “in progress” status labels and update them to be consistent between pages.

1. Understand when/why we transform status from database value (Scheduled) to something else on legacy Course Details (Approved).
2. Clean up all Training History status. (e.g. “Scheduled” should be “Enrolled”) 
3. Remove all status transformations from Angular platform. so new “standard” status terms display consistently everywhere going forward.
