Latitude CG announces the latest release of the Latitude Learning LMS. LMS Version 3.0.0.72333, containing several resolved issues, was promoted to production on Thursday, December 29, 2016.
RESOLVED ISSUES
Person-to-Person Reporting and User Merge - Enabled the ability to use these features together.
Course Groups – Fixed to allow manual addition and edit of transcripts for the Course Group delivery type.
User Account History Tab - Updated to include Equivalent courses when selecting the “All” filter. Previously, course equivalencies granted could only be viewed by selecting “Equivalent Only.”
User Account Employees Tab - corrected situation in which activating a manager’s non-default profile was causing the Certification and Curriculum tabs to disappear when viewing the Employees tab All Direct Reports, User Group Participation, or Department Curriculum links.
User Import - Fixed the following issues with User Import behavior
- Data file user End Date incorrectly applied to Role End Date. Now Role End Date will only be populated when a Primary Position End Date is provided. It will be the same date as the Position End Date
- User added in spite of invalid Primary Position Code
Quick Profile Update – Updated process so that when there are overlapping start and end dates for a user’s old location profile and new location profile, the old location profile is deleted.
Home Page Self-Studies action buttons with non-English Languages set as Preferred Language – Corrected issue in which the action buttons (Cancel, Launch Content, and Self-Certified Completion) were not working for Self-Study delivery type courses when any non-English language was set as the user’s preferred language.
Edit Organization – corrected the Edit Organization Last Modified Date/Last Modified By time-stamp which was not updating after changes were made to a record.
