Latitude CG announces the latest release of the LatitudeLearning LMS. LMS Version 3.0.0.72661 was promoted to production on Tuesday, February 21, 2017.
ENHANCEMENTS
User Reactivation – In order to reactivate an Inactive User in the system, an administrator must first configure at least one active Profile for him. This is done in one of two ways:
- Add Profile – Create new organization, position, and role responsibilities.
- Edit Profile – Reactivate previous assignments by removing the Profile End Date, or extending it into the future.
To help streamline user reactivation, the system will now automatically apply new/deleted Profile End Date values to his master Account. CLICK HERE for more information on managing LMS user records.
Forgot Your Password? Password reset prompt now requires a Captcha security field. Successful form submissions will display next step instructions:
“A new password has been automatically generated and will be sent to the listed email address.
Please close your browser before attempting to login with the new password.”
Location Search – To reduce clicks and increase tool usability, we enhanced the “Search Locations” result table with a new column called Employee Count. This column displays current active user count at each organization without having to open each record. Click the linked value to see detailed employee information.
RESOLVED ISSUES
Users > Search Users > Edit Profile – A new, more detailed error message is now displayed to administrators who try to add duplicate Position or Role assignments with dates that overlap existing user records.
Site Management > Edit Messages – Fixed this page to display organization-level branding, specifically CSS layout (Cascading Style Sheets). If nothing is configured, LMS branding will always revert to portal default settings.
Certification Management > Position Group > Home Page HTML
- Fixed a bug that was preventing administrators from successfully adding a new position group with Home Page HTML settings configured.
- When consecutively adding multiple Position Group records with branded Home Page, opening the next blank “Add Position Group” form will reset default branding: Inherit from organization
- Added branding logic to ignore custom Home Page settings tied to end-dated (inactive) Position Group records.
