Latitude Learning revamps Support site to provide LMS training and self-service resources
SALINE, Mich., August 21, 2015 – Over the past year, Latitude CG has been growing. The good word has spread about our quality products, custom software solutions, and personalized service, resulting in a solid base of satisfied clients who now need continued support.
In an effort to put customers first, we have expanded the Latitude Learning Support team and are developing new ways to assist clients in the administration and technical support of the LMS.
The first step was to make all of our free LMS training resources readily available with ease. Latitude Learning has revamped its Support site, providing our top Top 10 FAQs, ways to contact LMS Support, and most importantly, releasing new role-based support for Students, Instructors/Managers, and Portal Administrators. This is where you can find how-to and training information tailored to your LMS experience and responsibilities.
Student page – Focuses on navigating the LMS, enrolling and launching courses, and completing training programs.
Instructors and Managers page – Provides how-to documents and training videos on managing users, conducting live courses, reporting on training activities, and more.
Portal Administrators page – Supplies links to deep-dive performance support documentation, training videos, training webinars, and user guides on how to optimize the functions of your LMS portal and effectively support end users.
