Overview 

Create new "Transcript History Import" tool under User menu for Portal Administrator role. This new tool will provide a data import template, then validate data entries and add viable transcript records into User Training History. Import up to 1,000 records at a time!

Requirements

1. Add new link under User menu: Transcript History Import . Grant Portal Administrator and Setup Admin role access.
2. Provide file import control (same as User Import) and help text bubble
3. Field help and page help is same. Must include file type and import data requirements
4. Provide CSV template for download.
