Latitude CG announces the latest release of the Latitude Learning LMS. LMS Version 3.0.0.72456 was promoted to production on Sunday, January 22, 2017.
ENHANCEMENTS
Advanced User Search becomes default search engine! Use an array of criteria, comparative terms, and operands to build highly targeted results with just a few selections. There are no limitations on the number of user records returned from a query, and you can set each search to display between 25 to 1,000 results per page.
RESOLVED ISSUES
Course Groups – Resolved an issue where Home page training widget “Course Groups” was displaying all course components as “completed” regardless of students’ training history.
Home > Goal and Certification tabs – Restored certification sort order by “Ordinal” field instead of alphabetical by Name.
Certification Management > View Goals – Administrators who do not have a Profile flagged as “Primary” received a general system error when trying to view other users’ Goals, due to scoping logic requirement for Certifications. We have replaced the default error message with a more descriptive one: “Current user does not have a primary profile.”
Site Management > Upgrade My LMS – Updated the Subscription: Active User license increase request field to no longer provide “up to 100 Users” (free) option.
Mobile View – Fixed LMS mobile stylesheet to format “Full Site” button correctly on iPhone 6s.
Updated LMS Site Text and Formatting on the following pages:
- Organization > General Information > Physical Address – When editing the “Physical Address” section of a Division organization, the “Edit Successful” message did not display. This status message is once again working as designed.
- Users > Edit Profile – Updated the error message displayed when an administrator tries to add a duplicate Manager (P2P), Position, or Role assignment to an existing user profile: "User [manager/position/role] you are trying to add already exists for this profile."
- ILT Course Roster – Fixed formatting of “Cancel Successful” message when cancelling enrolled students from a classroom course Roster.
- Interests > Add Interest – Made required field error messages data specific “User/Course is required” vs. generic “Selection is required”.
- Certification Management > Program Configurations – Updated error message format to provide centered text.
