The GSA oversees the business of the federal government and is responsible for managing the procurement of goods and services from qualified vendors. Schedule 70 covers Technology Contracts, including Government wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs), Network Services and Telecommunications Contracts, and Information Technology.
