Latitude CG® announces a new release of the LatitudeLearning® LMS. Version 3.0.0.90001 was promoted to production on Sunday, April 25, 2021.
Resolved Issues
Course Search: Fixed an error caused when trying to sort the list of available offerings during self-enroll or Enroll Others.
Courses to Complete (CTC): Ensured the correct buttons displayed for courses assigned by an Accreditation Goal rule and that those courses with no approval required are not stopped in a pending manager approval status.
Enroll Others: Made the following changes--
- Corrected issues affecting portals using person-to-person reporting in which managers could not enroll direct reports using the Quick Enroll or Batch Enroll options.
- For Instructors, updated the responsive Course Search page so they can see the Schedule Others button.
Goals: Updated the Assign Goals process so that inactive courses no longer display on the page, even if the course display/hide dates are not in place.
Multi-language SCORM: Made the following changes--
- Improved availability of audit details.
- Made updates to ensure courses using the System Checker consistently display in the correct language in the checker.
My Team: Corrected an issue hiding the My Team icon for managers whose managerial status was established on a higher-level profile (Company, Business Unit, or Division) because they did not have a managerial position at the location level.
Offerings: On the Roster Waive Fees tab, we hid the Submit button if there are no changes on the page to save.
Organization-level Messaging: Corrected an issue in which the default message content and subject displayed the parent customizations rather than the system default.
Reporting: For portals using person-to-person management reporting, fixed results scoping for administrative-level roles to limit unscoped user visibility to only the organizations associated with the administrative user.
Training Calendar: Updated to prevent the visibility of courses on the calendar for users who have no access to enroll because they are not in a BU with access to the course.
