Latitude CG® announces a new release of the LatitudeLearning® LMS. Version 3.0.0.93641 was promoted to production on Sunday, January 8, 2023.
Enhancement
Reporting: We added new columns, standard/advanced filters, and comparison options to extend reporting capabilities related to course offerings. We also added new filters and comparisons for Audience and Manager/User Reporting status and a column to show the last language version used when launching a SCORM course. Review the appendices on the Report Writer documentation to see current options for standard filters, advanced filters, and columns by report entity.
My Team - People: Enhanced this page by making the user details Plan Progress Percent Completed bar a link that leads to the user's Training Plan. We also added First Login and Last Login to the expanded user details display, which is opened by clicking the person icon in the Status column. Note that at this time, impersonation of a user by a portal administrator will show as a login from this page.
Resolved Issues
Course Details Slide-In: Corrected the slide-in behavior to show an offering slide-in from both the list and tile views when the user is in waitlisted or pending status.
Export to Calendar: Fixed so that if the Course Enrollment - Student enrolled email message is inactive, if the user enrolls and uses an Export to Calendar button on an LMS page, the export process succeeds and does not give an exception.
Goals: Updated auto-enrollment from interests options to include courses that are part of a subscription.
Translation: Corrected German translation of View Resource button on the Course Details slide-in.
Self-Study Verification of Competency: Updated the allowed filename length of a transcript attachment to 200 characters. Filenames exceeding this will fail upload and will need to be renamed.
