Latitude CG® announces a new release of the LatitudeLearning® LMS. Version 3.0.0.93983 was promoted to production on Sunday, March 19, 2023.

Enhancement

Approvals: We redirected the My Learning Center menu Approvals link to the Responsive User Interface Approvals page to unify the approval experience for managers.

APIs: Added an API integration for Humanitru non-profit volunteer management.

Resolved Issues

Accreditations: Added a job to clean up accreditation goals that remain open for inactive accreditations. Also changed the legacy Goal Transitions functionality so that it does not assign goals for inactive accreditations.

Classroom Offerings: Made the following updates -

Fixed issue in which the Export to Calendar button was displayed to a user being added to the waitlist in the responsive or legacy enrollment windows.
Corrected so that offering attachments are available to download regardless of the active profile of the administrator attempting it.

Course Search: Corrected issue in which no results are displayed when using a partial course code in the header or responsive course search page.

Goal Rules and Audience: Aligned view of users between Audience and the Audience used in Goal Rules to include inactive profiles in the user preview.

My Team: Updated the My Team user search so that once the user list is processed it displays the users matching the characters entered while the list was still loading.

Reporting: Fixed an issue in which using location postal code in Accreditation or Accreditation Summary Reports would not allow saving in any file format.
