Latitude CG® announces a new release of the LatitudeLearning® LMS. Version 3.0.0.94505 was promoted to production on Sunday, June 25, 2023.
Enhancement
Reporting: Added two new reporting entities to the Report Writer related to Assessments.
- Assessment Attribute is similar to the Course Attributes entity, but focuses instead on the data associated with the Assessment test itself rather than the Assessment course. You'll be able to create a report that reveals all the test, objective, and question settings related to your assessments. At the question level, you'll also find the option to list questions, their related distractors, and the correct answers.
- Assessment Attempt allows reporting on student interactions with the particular assessment including their answers and whether they were correct or incorrectly answered.
You can find the new filters and columns listed in the Appendices of our Report Writer document.
Resolved Issues
Batch Enrollment: Fixed the following issues -
- Updated the Batch Enroll Conflict Management to remove the Enroll to Limit/Add Others to Waitlist option when the offering is outside the enrollment window.
- Removed the Override Audience Conflict and Override Prerequisites Conflict from options available to Location Administrator and Location Manager roles.
Enroll Others: Fixed Enroll Others so that when a manager's relationship to a subordinate has been removed, that manager can no longer enroll the subordinate in any courses.
Goals: We defaulted the Earliest Score Date for Course Goals to 1/1/2000 so that by default any user who's completed the requirement will achieve the goal. A new note next to the field will explain this to administrators and managers. To tighten the window of time for course completions to count for achievement, the administrator or manager must change the Earliest Score date to a later date.
Reporting: Fixed an issue in the User Reporting entity in which the User Group column returned the database ID instead of the text-based name of the group.
SCORM: Fixed issues with the Partial Package Deployment option causing the load to fail.
Training History: Updated legacy history edit for certifications/curricula to correct an issue in which switching to a new user record by changing the URL to a different UserID was modifying the user history record you were on prior to changing the URL.
