Latitude CG® announces a new release of the LatitudeLearning® LMS. Version 3.0.0.94594 was promoted to production on Sunday, July 9, 2023.
Enhancements
Custom URLs: With this latest release, Latitude is introducing the capability to fully support “vanity URLs” for our customers. Prior to this release, we have supported sub-domains and vanity URLs (using iFrame) as the approach for our multi-tenant SaaS customers. As of this latest release, we can now fully support a vanity URL domain within our LatitudeLearningCG® SaaS instance. Implementing this service will carry an additional annual fee for your learning portal, but the end result means you can now have your own, company specific URL that links to your LatitudeLearning® SaaS LMS portal and all operations happen under that domain.
Please note, it is expected that the domain owner will provide the necessary support for the DNS updates and procure/provide the SSL certificate to the Latitude operations team in support of this configuration and implementation process.
Interest Queue: To improve performance, we divided the Interest Processing Queue into two independent queues: On Demand and Scheduled.
Resolved Issues
Goals: Fixed an issue where users were getting goals set for accreditations (whether manually with +Goals OR using Goal Rules) where the user’s location did not have the brand(s) required on the accreditation. With this fix, unless the user’s location has the brands in the accreditation, the goal will no longer be set.
Reporting: Made the following updates -
- Made improvements to the processing of the Assessment Attempts entity filter for "Show Attempts" so that if it's used in both Standard and Advanced filters, performance is faster.
- Fixed an issue in the User Reporting entity in which the User Group column returned the database ID instead of the text.
- Corrected the Sort order for Instructor, User, and Course in all Report Entity types.
- Added an Advanced Filter to the Assessment Attempt entity that can find assessment records for which the user has a passing transcript for another course defined in the Transcript History > Course Passed advanced filter.
Subscriptions: For subscription-based courses with tuition and non-subscribers can enroll enabled, fixed an issue which was assessing the incorrect number of credits when a manager used Enroll Others.
Translations: Fixed gaps in translations for some site texts on the legacy offering and roster tabs and related angular pop-ups.
