Latitude CG® announces a new release of the LatitudeLearning® LMS. Version 3.0.0.95359 was promoted to production on Sunday, November 12, 2023.
Enhancements
Course and Accreditation Slide-in Pages: Added the capability to add links to courses on the HTML for the What's New page and in Messages that opens the slide-in page for the course or accreditation. This enhancement is only for those customers using our newer responsive User Interface (UI), not the legacy UI.

Resolved Issues
Brands: Fixed issue causing Add/Edit Brands to save leading or trailing blank spaces, which can cause issues further downstream when the brand is used in accreditations and other features.
Goals: Updated the Automate Interests from Goals process to not create a new interest if a student already has a failed transcript for a once-only course. Applies to course and accreditation goals.
Messages: Made the following updates -
- Fixed so that in the Student-Course Completed email the default variable for [Participant] is not translated into Portuguese or Spanish, which had been rendering the variable invalid and incorrect when the email was sent to users with that preferred language.
- Fixed an issue which caused users to receive email notifications in the incorrect language.
Reporting: Made the following updates -
- Corrected situation in which reports failed if using Audience as a filter and the Audience had been built with an "Accreditation Has Achieved" query.
- Removed references to erroneous "in sub query" and "not in subquery" comparisons in a number of Advanced filters for all reporting entities.
- Corrected issue in which reports were failing when including "Has Prerequisites of" or "Has Equivalent of" as an Advanced filter on the Course Attribute entity.
