Enhancements
User Maintenance Capabilities for Administrative Users: We released a new set of tools that allows portal administrators to enable customizable User Management capabilities for people in Location Administrator and Administrator roles. This includes adding and editing users, editing profiles, changing locations, resetting passwords, and activating or deactivating users. Portal administrators can to fine-tune access to these new features, controlling just how many of the new capabilities they want to delegate. Enabliing this feature, currently, would impact all people with the Location Administrator and Administrator roles across a portal.
You can review Delegating User Maintenance to Administrative Users to learn how to enable and use these new features.
Course Groups: Updated the Components Slide-in page wherever it is found so that it retains the entire list of component courses regardless of the user's transcript completion status.
Resolved Issues
Offerings: Fixed an issue in which long offering-specific descriptions were causing display issues for column headings and information on other areas of the offering and roster pages. Updates include long description wrapping and scroll bars for descriptions exceeding 4 lines.
What's New Course Slide-In: Fixed an issue that caused scrolling on the What's New page to fail after clicking a custom HTML course link to open the course slide-in page. This was only evident if the content on the What's New page required scrolling.
