Latitude CG® announces a new release of the LatitudeLearning® LMS. Version 3.0.0.95729 was promoted to production on Sunday, February 4, 2024.
Resolved Issues
Course Groups: Corrected course group completion logic so that it counts component completions when the score date is the same as the enroll date.
Manage Users Page: Made the following updates -
- For locations with a large number of users, fixed the user list sorting for columns and made it maintain the sort while paging.
- Corrected translation issues on both the Manage Users page and Edit Navigation pages.
- Fixed an issue in which tomorrow's date was inserted temporarily as the end date after profile deactivation and prior to a page refresh.
- Updated so that if you open a slide-in from the user list and you were not on Page 1 of results, when you close the slide-in, the page refresh will return you to where you were rather than refreshing the list to page one.
- Updated so that when an admin uses the Change Location option, if the new location has a Default # Active Days for Users (DAD) established, the change will set the end date on the new profile and cascade it to all the profile end date fields based on the days configured.
- For portals using a Default Active Days for Users (DAD) at the location level, we added logic to ensure users who are reactivated under Manage Users have the appropriate future end-date applied:
- Reactivated users with a profile end-date prior to the current date will get a new profile with the current date start date and DAD-based future end date.
- Profiles end-dated on the current day will retain the existing start date and have the existing end date removed and replaced with a new future end date of today plus DAD-based future end-date.
Messages: Updated so that when there are active position assignments available, the radio buttons next to any inactive position assignments are deactivated so that no inactive position assignment can be set to primary. If there are no active positions listed due to profile inactivation, any position listed is available to be set to primary.
