Latitude CG® announces a new release of the LatitudeLearning® LMS. Version 3.0.0.95917 was promoted to production on Sunday, March 3, 2024.
Resolved Issues
Assessments: Corrected an issue that was causing an error when clicking the Continue Test Setup button, preventing the addition or update of Assessment type courses.
Course Slide-in: Fixed a situation in which the Enroll Others button was not being displayed on the slide-in if called from HTML, such as a link on the What's New page.
Display: Corrected issues in which HTML code was displaying next to location codes in some lists and in which HTML code was displaying in the Enroll Others Conflict Checking messages.
Manage Users Page: Updated to correct problems involving the movement/cancellation of enrollments when inactivating a profile.
Messages: Made corrections to messages related to new user Self-Registration process steps to ensure the right people are sent the message based on the message settings. Here is additional information about the affected messages -
- Self Registration - Request Processed: Designed to be sent to the requesting student. If there are CC selections, the email/message will now correctly send to any of the selected CC roles at that location if they have a position that is superior to the default position defined on the LMS Information page settings and set for the new user during registration.
- Self Registration - Request Made: By default this is not sent to anyone unless it's defined in CC settings. Emails/messages are sent to the defined CC managers if they have a superior position to the LMS default position at the relevant profile location.
- Self Registration - Request Approved: Sent to the requesting student after their registration is approved and will CC any managers defined based on the CC settings.
Offerings: Updated offering auto-enrollment processing so that if the offering is canceled during the time the auto-enrollment process is already in progress, it will check again for offering availability prior to attempting an enrollment.
Reporting: Fixed Course Attribute Reports issues with standard filters related to using Dates: Meeting Start, Meeting End, Offering Enrollment Start, and Offering Enrollment End.
Users: Made the following updates -
- In a portal using Person-to-person managerial reporting, pressing Enter on your keyboard to submit the edit Profile form no longer focuses on the manager field. This prevents the Manager Required error. The focus will now be where your cursor is place when Enter is pressed.
- Updated error handling to repair a situation in which saving changes on the User General Info tab was resulting in the error "Edit Failed - Conflict between account and profile dates" being displayed regardless of what the error actually was.
