The Approve/Edit Interests screen search criteria was modified to return results for all Locations and all Courses if none are specified. 

Previously, there was no easy way to view all Courses Interests for the entire organization.  You were required to enter either a single Location or a single Course.  As a result, you would have to run a search for every Course or every Location in order to view all the Course Interests in your organization.

The screen was modified so that if the Location Code and Course fields are left blank, the results screen would include all Course Interests across the entire organization.
