The Latitude Learning Support team has launched its new Live Chat feature. All administrators with access to the Customer Portal can log in and initiate a real-time chat session with a customer service representative. Live Chat allows for fast, friendly service during our normal support hours.
Benefits include:
- Chat Support is generally available 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. US Eastern Time (outside of holiday periods)
- Get answers to quick questions; help with troubleshooting issues; LMS tips and tricks
- Every chat session is saved as a support request ticket, which can be reviewed and managed through the same Customer Portal
- Receive a copy of the chat transcript to your registered email address
- Enjoy easy file sharing, and more!
