Recently, the LatitudeLearning Support Team incorporated the following update as part of our Fall 2011 Enhancements bundle:

Active User Report Update - Default to 30-day timeframe
As part of the overall Fall enhancements bundle, the LatitudeLearning team has enhanced the existing Active User Report selection options to report on the last 30 days of activity by default. These default filter settings can be further edited if desired, but are intended to ease reporting as it may relate to ongoing billing based on active user count in the LMS. End-dated user accounts will not appear in this reporting, so long as the user did not have access to the site or its resources or content during that time period. This update can be seen by authorized administrators under the existing Reports menu.
