Tuesday, March 8, 2016 marks #IWM2016 International Women’s Day 2016, an initiative which aims to celebrate the social, economic, cultural and political achievement of women around the globe.
Today we celebrate women. We celebrate their role in society in both work and in their lives and of course here at Latitude CG.
"It is nothing but a pleasure to have a workforce of strong and intellectual woman who truly shape this organization." said Jeff Walter CEO of Latitude CG.
Latitude CG would like to make mention of its most senior female technical architect, Navaneetha Battu. Battu has been with Latitude CG since 2007, originally from Hyderbad, India, is responsible for all support solutions.
"As we reflect on the accomplishment of woman in the work force and around the world, I'd like to address sincere gratitude to Navaneetha Battu. Navaneetha is a symbol of high performance, positive outcome and determination which makes her an extraordinary talent to the Latitude CG team," said Walter.
Battu's role requires her to respond to a multitude of tasks. She excels as the overarching technical lead for the support team and continues to be a leader in problem solving. Battu is a tremendous team player that has successfully demonstrated her commitment to Latitude by her ongoing ability to grow her professional knowledge, after starting as a relatively junior programmer 9 years ago.
Battu has been critical as a mentor and in onboarding new technical staff as the team expands and builds its capability.
