Our partner in Virtual Classroom Offering provides attendance information back to our LMS for each user attending each session. Overnight, this information is passed to our LMS and your offering attendance will be updated automatically based on the settings for your course (you set percentage of time user must be connected for a PASS status to be generated). But occasionally, you may have need to check the actual report and time recorded for each user.
You can access than information through the CONTENT button on the Actions tab in any offering. Unfortunately, once a session has been completed, the
Content button is no longer available for that specific session. So, you’ll need to search for future offerings,
and then click on CONTENT from the Action tab.

In the pop-up window which appears, click on the PAST
tab:
Locate the appropriate event and click on Reports:
Click on Download:
An Excel file will be downloaded to your workstation looking
like this:
Note: Overnight, the
LMS attendance will be updated and the roster processed for the session, based
on success/completion criteria for the offering. The instructor has the option to manually
process the roster, providing appropriate status, scores and even notes for
each user. But this option is available if you choose to perform this manually.
