At LatitudeLearning we greatly value the feedback of our customers and partners...And we work to address your input and enhancement requests as part of our ongoing relationship. Recently, the LatitudeLearning Support Team incorporated the following update as part of our Fall 2011 Enhancements bundle:
Increase Default Sizing for the Presentation of e-Learning Courses in the LMS
In an effort to bring the presentation of e-learning courses more in line with ever-expanding displays and screen resolutions being used to consume online training, the LatitudeLearning team has increased the default SCORM shell configuration settings in the LMS to 1024x768. This improves on the long-standing 800x600 sizing that was previously used within the industry.
In addition to this default setting, LMS portal administrators continue to have the option to define their own desired screen resolution by manually updating configuration file settings included within the overall set of (SCORM) course and manifest files deployed to the LMS. This works to complement the self-service course deployment enhancements released earlier this summer. This functionality is available from the SCORM tab after creation of your e-learning course in the LMS course catalog.
Thank you again for your ongoing interest and input to improve the capabilities of LatitudeLearning LMS. For additional assistance, feel free to contact our team directly at Support@LatitudeLearning.com.
