Greetings again from Tom Merritt at Latitude. As part of our monthly series, I wanted to update you on a number of things going on here with the LatitudeLearning LMS.
First of all, we’ve been conducting a series of meetings with a number of our clients which we call our “LMS Roadshow.” During this meeting we try to do several things:
- Get honest client feedback about their experience with our LMS
- Learn how we can make the system more valuable to them, their business and their users
- Review the significant investments we’ve made to the system this year
- Review upcoming releases
- Obtain their input on future product direction
- Review the role of training in their organization and discuss how to make training “transformational” in their organization
- Discuss recent industry trends
One of the things our clients find interesting is the number of enhancements we’ve made to the system in just this last year. Here is a graphic showing what we’ve done and what we’re about to release in this final quarter of this year:
As you can see, we’ve been very busy improving the system and adding functionality. And the best is yet to come; Person-to-Person reporting is about ready to launch, as are several other significant enhancements.
One of the other important items in the Roadshow presentation is getting our client’s ranking of the top 5 Most Wanted enhancements to our system. I won’t collate all the responses just yet, but you might want to know that a new reporting engine and the ability to get information out of the system and into other systems (API’s) have a lot of interest.
As we continue the Roadshow, we’ll provide you some updated information about the feedback we’ve been getting from clients. It is a bit early now, as we’ve only conducted about ten or so, but we’re keeping notes and will be sharing what we learn.
