The Latitude Learning Team announces the latest release of the Latitude Learning LMS. This release Version (2.5.1.68790) was promoted to production on Sunday, November 8, 2015.
Enhancements
Assessment Test Results – Upon customer request, we enhanced the "View Test Results" function, which appears on an assessment Course Details page for users who have completed the test. Students can view a performance summary of not only their Final Test Score, but also a breakdown of Correct/Total questions per Objective. A new button on the Test Results window still allows users to “View Results per Question” as well.
Offering Enrollment: Time Zone Conflicts – Updated the Enrollment Eligibility check to consider Time Zones (based on Facility settings) for offering Meeting Times, and produce soft conflicts for user enrollment. Now, when a user attempts to enroll in two course Offerings that have overlapping Meeting Times – even between time zones – the system will warn him of the schedule conflict, but will still allow enrollment.
Time Zones are now displayed with meeting times on the Training Calendar and Instructor Training Schedule as well.
Resolved Issues
User Status: Active vs. Inactive – Resolved the issue of Active Users with no active Profiles being caught between statuses. This was apparent in the User Search feature, when such users did not show up on an Active User or Inactive User search, but required the selection of "Both" to be found.
We have fixed this issue by building an automated process to clean up all partially active user accounts. The system now checks every user ACCOUNT for at least one active Profile to remain active. If and when all of a user's PROFILES are inactive, the LMS will deactivate the account with the current date as user “End Date”.
Assessment Test Setup – Corrected a reported issue affecting the Test Setup process at the Sub Objective level. When adding/editing Questions for a Sub Objective section of a Test, the “Parent Objective” selection was being deleted upon clicking “Return to Objective”. The bug has now been fixed.
