ENHANCEMENTS
Unlimited Chat Support – Clients with a paid LMS subscription now have access to Unlimited Chat Support! Portal Administrators who access our "LMS Training and Support" portal via the Site Management > LMS Training link are welcome to chat the ClientCare team during LatitudeLearning business hours 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. ET.

Course Group Enrollment – Enhanced the requirements for Course Group completion to allow for multiple retake scenarios. This course Delivery Method was originally designed to consider all Component Course completions – regardless of transcript Completion Date – when calculating Course Group credit. However, because a Course Group can be set to allow multiple enrollments, credit was not being granted when a user who had completed the group once was enrolled again at a later date.
Going forward, in order to get credit for a Course Group, a student must complete all Component Courses after their group enrollment date. By default, credit for component courses competed in the past will not apply to a new group enrollment.
If a Portal Administrator would prefer to set their Course Group “Enrollment Restriction” to “Once Only” and count all historical completions toward group credit, they are welcome to add Equivalency Rules to the course. (I.e. If your Component Course list matches your Equivalency Course list, upon enrollment, the system will consider all historical transcripts when calculating Course Group completion.)
RESOLVED ISSUES
Approvals > Approve Pending Enrollments – For courses with Tuition, we resolved an issue where checking the "Approve" box, then opting to check the "Reject” box instead was still prompting for payment information to complete the rejection.
Courses > Add Offering – Added data validation checks to “Instructor” field, ensuring that only active users with an active Instructor Role are considered eligible to teach a class.
Audience – Fixed a bug that was not allowing administrators to search by “Audience” criteria in Search Users, Announcements, and Batch Enroll pages.
Users > Quick Profile Update – Ensured that user search results are refreshed upon successful “Update Assignments” action so that new Location and Position data is displayed upon window close.
Users > Search Instructors – Fixed “Status” filter logic so that when “Active” is selected, only active users with an active Instructor Role are displayed in search results.
