We are pleased to announce the following enhancements to the LatitudeLearning LMS experience.
New Simplified Student/Manager Workflow from the Navigation Page:
In our New User Interface (UI), we have streamlined the Student and Manager Workflow from the Navigation menu. Each icon on the Navigation page will point to a new, sleeker LMS page that retains all the functionality of its classic counterpart without the "My Learning Center" menu, navigation tabs, or page descriptions. Users in the New UI can use the header grid  icon to return to the Navigation menu at any time to access another feature or function.

Define Your Home Page: Portal Administrators can now control which page their users see when they click the Home  icon based on the new Home Page setting available under Site Management > LMS Information. Options include Classic Home, Courses To Complete, What's New, and Training Goals. Learn more about this new configuration option HERE.
User Import Tool: This existing feature has been enhanced to include the ability to import a user with a Preferred Language other than English. Learn more about the User Import feature and download the updated template HERE.
RESOLVED ISSUES
Branding: Updated to allow display of company branding regardless of whether or not the URL includes the Organization Code.
Courses to Complete: Updated formatting of "Mark Course Complete" confirmation popup modal to remove excess white space.
Edit User:
- Corrected an error situation caused when there was a conflict between user address and facility_building address when saving an updated record.
- View Home Page: For all roles except portal administrator, removed links to Add a New Transcript and Override Certification on the viewed user's History tab.
- Transcript History - Override Certification: Updated Override Comments field labels to show those already made in a display-only field, with the entry field for additional comments now called New Comments. Also adjusted field alignment on this page.
Enroll Others - Batch Enroll: Corrected stylesheet formatting issues on the Preview Users and Conflict Management pages of the Batch Enrollment process.
LMS Information Page: Updated site text from Show Required Training on Home Page? to Display Next Required Training to recognize this information can now be shown on the legacy Home page or on the new UI Courses to Complete page.
New Header:
- Corrected situation in which Header My Information type-ahead fields and profile-switching were not working while the user was focused on the legacy Approvals tab.
- Updated the header in New UI to display consistently with the Legacy UI, with no white margins.
- Fixed display of overlapping text when attempting to switch profiles in a small browser window.
New Messages Page: Provided translations for Confirm Deletion modal popup.
Reports - Mobile View: corrected the following formatting issues:
- The page title being obscured by the header
- The Edit Folder and Delete Folder buttons for the Reports Folders were misaligned and displaying in the area with report-related buttons.
