ENHANCEMENTS
Customizable Welcome Areas by Business Unit: This enhancement expands the set of customizable HTML content areas that can be enabled for your portal as an add-on service. Prior to this update, Latitude offered an add-on option to enable business unit-specific custom left navigation areas, as well a set of customizable informational or program pages. With this update, the Home page ‘Welcome’ area can now be personalized by Business Unit (i.e. community of users tied to a specific catalog of courses and resources), allowing portal administrators to further personalize content and navigation for its multi-catalog clients.
Enhance Edit Facility for Consistency: At the request of our Portal Administrator community, the Latitude team has modified the navigation and workflow for editing Facility records to ensure it is consistent with similar Edit workflow in the LMS.
ADDITIONAL UPDATES
Error when viewing Department Curriculum Page: This update works to address an issue reported by administrator community where certain characters entered as part of the Program Name was resulting in an error generated by the LMS. Functionality has been enhanced to allow alpha-numeric program names.
Review Interest Summary Page displaying Inactive results: This update addresses an issue reported by our administrator community where the LMS was including inactive items in search. With this update in place, inactive Locales have been removed from Review Interests Summary search.
