ENHANCEMENTS
Transcript Exporter – Now Up 50,000 Rows (CSV format) – Latitude is very pleased to announce enhancements to our new and popular Transcript Exporter available to Portal Administrators via the Reports menu. With this release, Administrators can now export up to 50,000 rows of transcript data, previously the maximum was 8,000. Administrators should be aware that with this update, the output file will be uploaded in a comma delimited format (CSV).
New Brand Management Features – Latitude is very pleased to announce the limited release of new organization-grouping functionality that allows Administrators to manage brands and their associations with training locations. Additional information will be made available to customers after limited release verification activities have been completed and this is made available to the larger customer base. A summary of the new brand management features follows:
1. New Brand Search page
2. New Brand View/Add/Edit Pages
3. New Brand Tabs
4. New tab to organization tabs similar to Employees and Featured Courses workflow
5. New page that displays all active brands and allows administrator to active status, etc.
RESOLVED ISSUES
Non-English Text (Canadian French and Mexican Spanish) Following this update, it will no longer be required to add non-English text descriptions when adding new custom messages even though Engilsh is the only anticipated language.
Resources Not Scoped to Business Units – This update addresses a reported issue where Resources assigned to one Business Unit (catalog), were visible to users under other Business Units (catalogs) within the same LMS portal. With this update, scoping now limits access as anticipated.
Default Profile Selected Unexpectedly When Adding Secondary Profile - This update addresses a reported issue when adding a secondary profile. In this case, the ‘Default Profile’ checkbox was auto-selected unexpectedly, resulting in issues for end-users when accessing the LMS or updating user account profiles. With this update, the Primary and Default Profile checkboxes remain unselected when adding any secondary profiles (i.e. leaving original primary/default location-level profile in place for a given user account).
Thank you again for your valuable feedback and input into ongoing enhancements to the LMS. For additional information regarding these and other capabilities, please contact the Latitude Learning Support Team at Support@LatitudeLearning.com .
