The Latitude Learning Team announces the latest release of the Latitude Learning LMS. This release (version 2.5.1.64561) was promoted to production on Sunday, September 15, 2013.

ENHANCEMENTS

Ad Hoc Transcript Report Now Allows Selection of Output Columns – Latitude is very pleased to announce an enhancement to the Ad Hoc Transcript Report (formerly the ‘Transcript Exporter’), which allows administrators to select the output columns to be included in the CSV report output. This time-saving usability enhancement was requested by the administrator community. Please note that the Ad Hoc Transcript Report is now listed in a new “Ad Hoc Reports” section of the Reports Menu as shown in the FAQ.

RESOLVED ISSUES

Parent Organization Changes are not being reflected in Organization Search Scoping – This update addresses a reported issue where changing the parent organization for an existing Location (organization) and reassigning under a different Division (parent organization) was not behaving as expected…Specifically, the new organization scoping still reflected the previous organizational relationships when searching for users. With this update, this reported issue has been addressed.

Offering Cancellation Message Not Displaying as Expected – This update addresses a reported issue where an administrator cancelled an offering, but did not receive a confirmation message…Instead, the administrator received a message that the "User is not authorized to edit the offering”. Although the message was correct, the workflow proved confusing to the administrative user. Workflow and on-page messaging been updated so that message simply confirms that the offering has been cancelled.
