Recently, the LatitudeLearning Support Team incorporated the following update as part of our Summer 2011 Self-Service Enhancements series:
Manage the Maximum Active Days for Users
This targeted enhancement provides portal administrators with tools to set a default number of days for new user profiles created under a specific location-organization in the LMS. This default number of days is defined by location, and is applied for both manual profile adds, as well as profiles added through the guest self-registration process. Once a defined number of days is in place, the LMS will take over enforcing access. However, this default can always be overriden by an authorized aministrator.
Combine this new feature with the new user self-registration option to create a hands-off guest management capability for your LatitudeLearning LMS portal. This set of enhancements is available under the General Information tab for any location-type organization in the LMS.
