At LatitudeLearning we greatly value the feedback of our customers and partners...And we work hard to address your input and enhancement requests as part of our ongoing relationship.
As part of our Summer 2011 Self-Service Enhancements series, the LatitudeLearning Support Team incorporated the following set of updates to enhance self-service capabilities of the Learning Management System.
Self-Service E-Learning (SCORM) Course Upload and Deployment
This new set of self-service tools allows portal administrators to browse, upload and deploy SCORM (1.2 and 2004) conformant course files to their LMS portal on-demand, 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. In addition to easy browse and upload of your course files, the automated deployment process provides full or partial package deployment options, based on the degree of changes in the overall set of course files. It also ties the new (or reloaded) SCORM files to courses the related course catalog entry.
Included in this overall set of enhancements is a set of automated course deployment messages (providing the administrator with both on-page and email notification of successful upload and final course deployment), as well as a helpful checklist to ensure your SCORM files are properly setup for successful upload and deployment.
This set of enhancements can be accessed via the SCORM tab for any existing e-learning course in the catalog, along with our existing SCORM deployment tools to help administrators test-launch and troubleshoot course deployment and SCORM communication issues that may occur.
Thank you again for your ongoing interest and input to improve the capabilities of LatitudeLearning LMS. For additional assistance, feel free to contact our team directly at Support@LatitudeLearning.com.
