How does Zaxby's train its franchisees?
Zaxby’s offers three phases of onboarding training – 40 hours of online training and assessments, a 6-week training program inside a training facility and lastly to the headquarters in Athens, GA.
Tray Doster, CFE and Sr. Manager of Franchise Development said, “During the 6-week training program we work with franchisees through the different departments.
