As part of our Summer 2011 Self-Service Enhancements series, the LatitudeLearning Support Team incorporated the following set of updates to enhance self-service capabilities of the Learning Management System.
e-Learning Course Subscription Management
This robust set of capabilities allows portal administrators to create and manage a set of portal-specific subscriptions. Each subscription ties to one or more e-learning titles currently available in that portal's course catalog. Administrators can extend any number of subscriptions to each location-organization in the LMS, with accessibility of the subscription courses managed by date range for each location. Additionally, portal administrators can manage availability of the master subscription itself using a separate date range defined at the subscription-level.
