Forever Free LMS Creator now offers clients the option whether or not to include our library of 76 eLearning courses. We also resolved issues with Advanced User Search, Assessment Course Results, course enrollment restrictions for Subscription Program.

Portal Administrators can now determine what happens to a user's open course enrollments when the location profile to which those enrollments are associated is inactivated and the user is assigned to a new location. Course Search has also been enhanced to make keywords in the title more important, and support partial-string searches. This should cause you to see more relevant search results whenever you execute a search.

LatitudeLearning is excited to announce the launch of our newly designed stylesheet.

You spoke. Latitude listened. The LatitudeLearning community desired for an updated “look & feel” of the LMS. Our engineers eagerly went to work on designing a more modern, refreshed looking stylesheet. Good news – we are done! Great news – current and new LatitudeLearning portals have access.

Course Topics provide a way of browsing the course catalog by subject category, or topic. To use this tool, Portal Administrators activate the Topics feature, add one or more topics, and then associate the topics with the desired courses.

To reduce clicks and increase tool usability, we enhanced LMS Position Search results table with two new columns: Department, Position Group. The columns provide display-only Department and Position Group information for each position without having to open each record. Resolved issues with User Search, Edit Messages, and Offering Roster tools as well.

Portal Administrators can enable targeted branding of the user home page based on a user’s Position Group, an attribute associated with their Position Code. For example, you can have a home page designed exclusively for Sales people and another for Service technicians. Functionally, when a user logs in, the LMS will identify their position group and display a designated home page with customized HTML content.

Latitude CG announces the latest release of the Latitude Learning LMS. LMS Version 3.0.0.72333 was promoted to production on Thursday, December 29, 2016. It contained resolutions to several issues including User Import and Quick Profile Update.
